There are times when plans need to be changed. In order to meet your needs, we have the following withdrawal policy:
- Full return: You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the experience starts in order to get a full return.
- Not enough time to cancel: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience starts, you will not get your money back.
- What can you change? You can't make any changes to your reservation less than 24 hours before the event starts.
- Cut-off Times: All cut-off times are based on what time it is around the event.
- Weather: For this activity to work, the weather needs to be nice. If the experience has to be canceled because of bad weather, you will be given another date to choose from or a full refund.
